Fall Events in Auburn-Opelika

Brooke Peace Harris
Auburn Opelika Tourism Bureau

Fall is a special time of the year for the Auburn-Opelika community. Although the weather is still warm, schools are back in session and football season is in full swing. For this small town, that means Fall.

From concerts and street fairs to football and feathers – eagle feathers, that is – fall is the time for special events in the Auburn-Opelika area. The community and local businesses come together for food, drinks, art, music and more!

Annual events like Oktoberfest, Fall Family Weekend, and On The Tracks are always a crowd pleaser! There are community runs, equestrian meets, golf tournaments and so much more! It’s also a wonderful time to get outside and enjoy the many parks in this area. Soon, we’ll welcome cooler weather and the changing leaves that make for beautiful afternoons at Chewacla State Park!  Check out our full calendar of events online and contact the Auburn-Opelika Tourism Bureau to plan your visit today.
